Priced per project, not per person
Entry plans on site apps that charge per person typically cost £20–£40 for every user, every month, so a 15-person team runs to £300–£600 a month. On FieldRadar Team those same 15 people cost £99 a month, and the 16th costs nothing.
Team questions
Do I need to book a demo or speak to sales?
No. Create an account, choose Team or Team Plus and name your company. Most teams are set up and inviting people within a few minutes. If you would like a walkthrough anyway, email support@fieldradar.co.uk.
When am I charged?
Not until you choose to carry on. You do not need a card to start the 30-day trial. We email you a week before it ends and the day before. Add a card or Direct Debit from the Company page and the first payment is taken when the trial ends, or cancel before then at no cost. If you do nothing, nothing is charged and your projects become read-only until you add payment details.
Do I pay for every person on the team?
No. Team and Team Plus are priced per live project, not per person. Invite your site managers, office staff, directors, QS and clients without changing the price. Archived projects do not count.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes, at any time from the Company page. You can move between Team and Team Plus or between monthly and annual billing. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to our records if we stop?
They stay with your company. The workspace becomes read-only, so everyone can still view and export records, and restarting the plan restores full access. An owner can ask us to return or delete the data at any time.
Can we bring in the projects we already run in FieldRadar?
Yes. During setup you can move existing projects into the company. Drawings, records and photos move with them, and anyone already working on a project joins the company.

Current support is best-effort email with no guaranteed response or resolution time. See the support page. Pro purchases are handled by the applicable app store. Team and Team Plus are paid by card or Direct Debit through Stripe, with an invoice for every payment. No card is needed for the 30-day trial, and nothing is taken until it ends. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid month; annual plans run to the end of the paid year. FieldRadar Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
